Licensed, bonded, insured — and current on every one.
Storm season fills Arkansas neighborhoods with out-of-state trucks and magnetic door signs. Most of them cannot show you a license number, a state bond, a certificate of insurance, or a workers’ comp cert for the crew that will actually be standing on your roof. Everything we hold is posted here.

Anyone who works with us carries the highest standards.
Some jobs run with our own crews. Some are subcontracted to a licensed contractor working under their own name and their own license. The standard does not move either way — if a company cannot meet every requirement below, they do not get on a Rumble roof.
Every contractor who touches your home holds a current Arkansas contractor license in the proper classification for the work — ours on our jobs, theirs on subcontracted work.
Nobody works with us on a promise of coverage. Every partner carries its own general liability policy on top of ours — certificates on file carry $1,000,000 per occurrence.
An uninsured injury on your roof can become your problem. Everyone who works with us carries statutory workers’ compensation with $1,000,000 employers’ liability limits.
Crews are trained to the specification of the system going on your house — nailing pattern, fastener count, starter and ridge application, ventilation balance. That is what keeps a warranty enforceable.
Inspections are performed to HAAG hail and wind assessment standards — the same standards the insurance industry trains its own people on.
$10,000 Arkansas surety bond filed with the state, plus municipal bonds in Sherwood, Maumelle, Bentonville and Jonesboro so work can be permitted and pulled legally in the cities we serve.
This is what it actually looks like.
Two certificates of liability insurance on the standard ACORD 25 form — ours, and one from an installation partner. Policy numbers, certificate numbers and signatures are removed, and the partner’s identifying details are removed, because those do not belong on a public page. The coverage and the limits are exactly as issued.

Certified to install the systems we put on your house.
A shingle warranty is only as good as the installation behind it. Manufacturers do not honor a system warranty on a roof that was not installed to their specification — which is why we hold installer certification with every brand we sell, and install the full system rather than shingles alone.

Duration series laminate shingles with SureNail technology, plus the matched underlayment, starter, hip and ridge, and ventilation components of the Total Protection Roofing System.

Landmark and designer shingle lines with CertainTeed’s integrated underlayment, starter, accessory and ventilation components installed to spec.

Timberline architectural and high-definition shingles installed as a complete GAF roofing system, including leak barrier, deck protection and ridge ventilation.

Cambridge and performance shingle lines with IKO underlayments, starter strip, ice and water protection and matched hip and ridge caps.

Heritage laminated asphalt shingles and TAMKO accessory products, installed to the fastening and ventilation specification the warranty requires.

StormMaster and Pinnacle shingle lines, including Class 4 impact-rated options that can qualify for insurance premium discounts in Arkansas.
A roof is nine components. We install all of them.
Storm-chase crews install shingles. A manufacturer system warranty requires the whole assembly, and that is what goes on every Rumble roof.
Trained to read the damage. Built to handle the claim.
HAAG storm damage training
Our inspectors carry advanced hail and wind damage training through HAAG, the forensic engineering firm whose damage-assessment standards the insurance industry trains its own adjusters and engineers on.
- Damage documented by cause, slope and test square
- Hail bruising separated from mechanical and manufacturing defect
- Wind damage tied to direction, uplift and date of loss
- Findings written the way a carrier’s engineer writes them
Real storm damage gets proven. Ordinary age and wear does not get sold to you as a new roof.
We work with every carrier
State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, USAA, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Shelter, Farm Bureau, American National — all of them.
- Scope written in the carrier’s own estimating language
- We meet the adjuster on the roof, not in the driveway
- Supplements filed when the first estimate misses code items
- Documentation packaged to carrier standards
Same standard. Every roof, every crew.
Licensed, bonded, insured, certified and trained — not as a slogan on a yard sign, but as the requirement anyone has to meet before they work on an Arkansas home under our name.
