Commercial Roofing Services

Storm damage restoration. Hail, wind and tornado damage to commercial buildings is our strongest area. We document the damage, meet the insurance adjuster, and complete the approved scope, including supplements when the scope missed something.

Steep-slope commercial roofing. Many Arkansas churches, office buildings, apartment communities, strip centers and clubhouses have shingle roofs just like a house, only larger. We replace and repair these with architectural shingles from Owens Corning, GAF, CertainTeed, IKO and TAMKO.

Commercial roof repair. Leaks, flashing failures, damaged penetrations, and wind damage on any commercial building.

Inspections and documentation. Free inspections with a photo report for property managers, church boards, landlords and buyers doing due diligence.

Gutters and exterior. Gutters, downspouts and related exterior items as part of a restoration scope.

If your building has a low-slope or flat roof, call and describe it. We will tell you straight whether it is a good fit for us or whether you need a specialist for that system. We would rather send you to the right person than take a job we should not.

Churches. Arkansas has a lot of churches with big shingle roofs, tight budgets and volunteer building committees. We are used to presenting to a board and answering every question.

Property managers and landlords. Duplexes, fourplexes, apartment communities and rental portfolios. We coordinate with tenants and keep you informed without needing you on site.

Small business owners. Offices, shops, restaurants and clinics where a leak is a threat to the business, not just the building.

Commercial Storm Claims in Arkansas

Commercial storm claims follow the same basic path as residential ones, but the stakes are higher and the scopes are bigger. After the March 31, 2023 EF3 tornado tore a 34 mile path from west Little Rock through North Little Rock, Sherwood and Jacksonville, plenty of commercial buildings needed complete restoration, and plenty more had less obvious damage that took a proper inspection to find. Hail does the same thing on a smaller scale every spring.

We inspect for free, photograph everything, and meet your adjuster. You open the claim with your carrier. Once the scope is approved we do the work and submit supplements with documentation for anything the adjuster missed. We never waive deductibles, which is a rule the Arkansas Insurance Department also warns property owners about. Licensing for Commercial Work in Arkansas

In Arkansas, a contractor doing commercial work of $50,000 or more, including labor and materials, must hold a commercial license from the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. The Board defines a commercial project as any project that is not a single-family residence. Before you hire anyone for a commercial roof, ask for their license number and check it with the Board. We also carry the insurance you would expect and will provide proof of coverage on request. Ask for the same from anyone else bidding your job. A contractor who cannot produce a license number and proof of insurance within a day should not be on your roof.
